Featuring “redefined Detroit cuisine,” our menu is inspired by the influences and flavors of Detroit’s vast cultural communities, both past and present. Detroit’s history as a European city, as well as being a leader of industry, has brought the city a multitude of cultures and cuisines. Our menu gives tribute to this rich history, and offers guests familiar yet refined expressions of traditional Midwestern foods, with influences of French and Mediterranean flavors and styles.
Recalling meals from his childhood in Michigan, Executive Chef Jordan Hoffman has developed Parc’s menu to feature familiar yet refined expressions of traditional midwestern fare. Dishes range from light starters of tartar and crudo, to classic and creative salads, to wood-grilled fish and meats, dry-aged steaks, as well as a number of robust pastas.
At the bar, guests can expect classic as well as craft cocktails, local and imported beers, and an exceptional collection of wines from around the world selected by sommelier Dennis Payne. We feature an approachable list of fine wines alongside rare vintages from around the world.
